Simple Garlic Butter Lamb Loin Chops

Cook Time: 10–12 minutes

Rich, buttery, and packed with flavor—this is the easiest way to cook lamb loin chops that taste like a steakhouse meal.


Ingredients:

  • 4–6 lamb loin chops

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed

  • Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme


Instructions:

  1. Let chops sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.

  2. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
