Simple Braised Lamb Shanks

Ingredients:

2 lamb shanks

Salt & pepper

1 tbsp oil (or tallow 👀)

3–4 garlic cloves, smashed

1 onion, chopped

1 cup broth (beef or chicken)

1 cup water

Optional: rosemary or thyme
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Season lamb shanks with salt and pepper.
